Return Policy

Delivery:

Our delivery time: Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays);

After we have verified the payment, the goods will be delivered within one to two working days by Courier to the Hong Kong address (either residential or commercial address).

(a) What should I do if Serious damage is found when signing for the goods?
Although we are cautions in preventing damage in transit, damage to the goods may also occur. Please accept our sincere apologies for the damage. We advise you to reject the goods and contact us immediately.

We will inspect the damage of individual items and may ask you for more information, such as photos, videos, etc., in order to provide you with the best solution.

(b) What happens if the goods are wrongly delivered?
We have a high standard for package packing, but mistakes can still happen by accident. If you received the wrong product, we feel sorry. We advise you to reject the goods and contact us immediately (Tel:26908484). We will solve your problem as soon as possible and do our best to reduce your inconvenience.
